Our Operations Going Forward with COVID-19
During a time of Orange County issuing orders for residents to to stay home:
I’m writing to assure you that your regular weekly pool maintenance will continue through these uncertain times. In the recent Executive Order in Orange County, pool care businesses are listed under the essential businesses to continue operating (Section 2, b, 21).
Keeping your pool clean and running properly not only promotes family fun, but it’s also a safety necessity. Water that isn’t properly maintained can be dangerous: algae and bacterial growth can create a breeding ground for E. coli, Malaria, West Nile and Zika viruses. We won’t let that happen to your pool.
I’ve put measures in place in order to ensure we’re continuing to operate in accordance with the governmental health guidelines. Furthermore, I have also stocked our office with an additional surplus of chemicals and supplies as a preventative measure should our supply chains face disruptions.
I have also set procedures in place for the professionals’ safety while they are out providing services. I ask that you practice social distancing with your service professional while they are on your property as a precaution.
